Inside are line drawings with black and white photographs presenting the company's available stock in mouldings; ceiling materials; friezes; Old English ornaments; wall fountains and niche shells; sculpured ornaments; cornices and beams; rosettes; capitals; and brackets. The name of each item, price, and size is included under each image. In the middle of the gray front cover is the gold seal of Jacobson and Co. with a winged lion inset; above is "ARCHITECTURAL/ AND," while below it reads, "DECORATIVE ORNAMENTS." On the bottom left corner is the price of $3.00, with the title "GENERAL CATALOG OF JACOBSON AND COMPANY, NEW YORK" located on the spine; all the lettering on the cover is in brown. With some tearing of the cover fabric along the sides and abrasions on the front and back, the item is in good condition.
