Description
An automotive conditional contract of sale for a four cylinder Ford Touring, 26 August 1926. The contract was drawn up between Boyd H. Gibbons (seller) of San Pedro Street in Los Angeles and Alex H. Mitchell (buyer) of Florence Avenue in Los Angeles for the sum of $608.31. The cost was broken up with a down payment and installments for six months. The original contract is signed by both parties. The contract continues on the back side of the sheet. Also includes a carbon copy of the contract on a yellow sheet of paper. The item is in good condition overall.
