The Belleview Court apartment court, Pasadena, California, by Hiller, ca. 1920s. Taken from across the street, the photo shows the attached cottage-type residences at the sides and rear of the property with a central courtyard of lawns, palm trees, bushes and shrus and walks. At the street are two large pepper trees and a set of two steps leading into the court. On the reverse are pencil inscriptions indicating trimming instructions and the development's name, as well as Hiller's name. With some soiling, a few creases and edge rubbing, the overall condition is good.
