"Benjamin-Starrett Panel Boards and Cabinets" catalog, issued by the Benjamin Manufacturing Company, 1925. The softbound artifact has a front cover with a thick black border, within which are thinner red and black lines. Two sets of black horizontal and vertical lines are connected to these latter. Within these lines is a red panel containing a drawing of a circuit panel. Superimposed over the drawing is the title. Issued as catalog # S-4, the object has an introductory section which explains the division of the work into five sections: 2-fuse lighting panels; 1-fuse lighting panels; increased capacities and added equipment; residence panels; and a numerical index. There are pages explaining the advantage of using the company's products; the difference between 2-fuse and 1-fuse panels; the difference between dead and open front cabinets; product specifications; and criteria for customers to consider before choosing a product. There are photo illustrations of the products along with tables providing information on the number of circuits; catalog number; list price; capacity of mains and amps; and dimensions. Several pages of photographs indicate buildings in which these products were installed. At the end are three drilling forms to mail with orders, providing the specifications needed for the buyer. Tipped in were items 1.2, 2.1, and 2.2 In good condition, there is some wear to the cover and pest infestation on the last drilling form.
