The blue-colored paper has black ink printed on it and provides information and specifications for terms and discounts on orders; shipment; and the return policy. At the bottom is the company name and the addresses of its offices in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. The date on which these policies became effective, 3 August 1925, is at the top. With no indication of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition.
