A postcard advertising the subdivision of Beverly Hills, published by Jack Parsons, Los Angeles, and postmarked 26 July 1914. The card has a colored photographic image of a park witha lawn, walks, small shrubs and trees and a raised pond. At the top right is a caption reading, "Beverly Hill [sic], Between the City and Sea" and giving the name and address of realty agents Percy H. Clark Co. of Los Angeles. A short description of the subdivision and contact information for the Clark fim is on the reverse. With some stains, heavy soiling, creases, and significant edge rubbing, the overall condition is fair.
