2007.121.1.1Description
"Biennial Supplement to the Codes of the State of California," compiled and annotated by Curtis Hillyer (San Francisco: Bender-Moss Company,) 1930. The work compiles changes to the codes from the 1929 session of the state legislature with references to the two previous editions of the work from 1921 and 1925. There is a table of code sections referring to added, amended and repealed statutes; annotated sections from the codes of Montana (1921) and Idaho (1919); then the specific annotated codes broken down by type, such as political, civil, code of civil procedure, and the penal code; and a consolidated index to the 1927 and 1929 supplements. With much soiling, stains, and edge rubbing to the boards, a slightly loose binding, but generally clean pages, the condition is fair.Lexicon
