Description
A set of four documents stapled together, bill, invoice and request for funds regarding use of a telephone line in Los Angeles, October 1894. First two sheets are bills from the Sunset Telephone and Telegraph Co. detailing the rental of telephones and lines and service for the month of October 1894. The third document is a request to the City of Los Angeles from the Fire Department Chief, Moriarty, for the above rental service. The fourth document is from the treasury of the City of Los Angeles with approval to use funds from the Fire Department fund for the above. The item is folded but in good condition with minor creasing at the edges.
