Description

Color: Gray; Blue A blue and gray square tile, produced by RTK Studios, ca. 1990s. The tile has a gray body, over which is a medieval design in blue. This latter features a border around the edges and an overall open four-leaf clover design with a dozen small solid clovers on the edges. At the center is a four-leaf clover within a circle, which has four half-circles on its border. Attached to these half-circles are designs that may be flowers with a center line and two extending curved lines that curl back toward the half-circles. Each of these curved lines has a small and large appendage, perhaps a bud. The tile was designed for a church school to mimic medieval encaustic tile designs. In good condition, the artifact has no indication of wear or damage.
