Description

Color: Brown; White; Green; Red A square tile in the Bougainvillea series, produced by RTK Studios, ca. 1990s. The piece, created by a black-line technique, has horizontal borders at the top that are of a thick dark brown line with a narrower lighter brown line inside. The panel at the center, between these borders, has a light background on which are vines, leaves and flowers from a bougainvillea plant in brown, green, and red colors, respectively, though there is some variation in the shading of these colors. In other words, some of the leaves are a darker green than others and some of the flowers are a darker red. With little indication of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition.
