"BUCILLA CROCHET, KNITTING & EMBROIDERY COTTONS" Color: Black; Gold "Bucilla Crochet, Knitting & Embroidery Cottons," Bernhard Ulmann Co., Inc., 1921. The black hardcover sample book has half of the title at the top and the rest at the center. Below this are the words, "A Perfect Thread for Every Purpose." Across the bottom is the name and address of the company. All of the printing on the cover is in gold. On the inside are many samples of thread and yarn with the name types crochet; ombree; perle; mercerized; embroidery; darning; mouline; floss; and boil-proof. Many different color samples of each thread are also included. Found inside the book was a price list which is item .2. With abrasions; creases on the cover material; some fading of the gold lettering; stains on the cover; and some warping, the artifact is in fair condition overall.
