Description
BUTLERS PANTRY DOOR TO DINING ROOM, LA CASA NUEVA, UPPER PANEL DETAIL
Color: Brown
A color polaroid photograph of the door from the Butler's Pantry to the Dining Room of La Casa Nueva, ca. 1977. The focus is on the top leather panel with two joined rings of metal decorations nailed to the leather. The door frame is dark brown, the leather is black and there are various shades of lightness and darkness on the metal pieces. At lower left is a lock, but the absence of a handle indicates that the view is from the Butler's Pantry side of the door. At the bottom of the artifact is a pencil inscription reading "D144 Top Section / Butlers Pantry Side." In good condition, the artifact has little indication of wear or damage.
