Nothing on the sheet indicates why it is in the Thomas Temple Collection or what connection it has to him or anyone in the Workman and Temple families. The sheet is in poor condition with folds, tears, stains, and discoloration. From the Thomas Temple Collection, donated by Ruth Ann Michaelis. In Thomas Temple's handwriting, in blue ink, on the back is "Charles Rhoades/169 W--/Local Commander/Legion/Badges/Official".
