Holder - card, P.A. Gardner Leather Works, a) textured leather case in brown, rust and black swirling pattern, one rust-colored metal snap on top flap, slit with pull tab protruding which reads "PUL-TAB/REO(?)", behind tab on case front reads "Pat. July 31, 1923/L 463.619(?)"; b) plastic strip - inside leather pouch, folded, which has silver mother-of-pearl pattern; c) blue paper card inserted in plastic strip in black letters which reads "To Operate/PUL-TAB/Card Case/Patented July 31, 1923/Pull Tab up about two inches/This Case also makes Ideal Memo Pad Holder for Ladies/P.A. Gardner/Leather Works/Sole Manufacturers/St. Louis, MO."
