On the back is an advertisement for the "Golden Gates" memorial. Inside is a brief introduction to the company; choice of 12 different styles of memorial cards; a list of available verses; prices of envelopes; and ordering directions. Black and white photographs of available merchandise are also provided. There is also a sample memorial card which is .2, an order blank .3, and a mailing envelope .4. With holes at the center of the folds; creased corners and edges; surface abrasions; light foxing; small stains throughout; and small tears along the edges, the item is in fair condition overall.
