An ink stamp on the inside cover, in an oval, "S. P. Rowland / Real Estate / Insurance Agent / Puente CAL." An ink inscription written on drawn in lines, "Samuel P. Rowland / Druggist / Los Angeles Cal. / August 1886." Includes color fold out maps and black and white engraved images. The book is in good condition. Minor abrasion to the leather covers.
