The card has, within a single-line border and on a red background, an engraving of Levine in a suit-and-tie, with a caption at the bottom reading "Charles A. Levine / First Trans-Atlantic / Air Passenger." At the bottom left is the number "54." With the bottom left corner partially missing, a crease at the bottom right corner, and browning of the paper, the overall condition is good.
