A postcard of Charles Rogers and his home, ca. 1920s. The color image shows Rogers on the left side of his front lawn crouching next to a German shepherd dog. The home, only a portion of which is seen in the back, has a green-shingle roof; white walls; white arched windows and trim; and a yellow canopy over a porch on the right. On one of the white posts of the porch is the address, "13267." Four trees and several flowers line the front lawn. Along the top center are the words, "CHARLES ROGERS AND HIS HOME, HOLLYWOOD, CALIF.," and on the top right is, "A-91." Down the back center is the logo of the Pacific Novelty Company and a square on the top right corner with the word, "STAMP." With only light abrasions and creases on the corners, the object is in good condition.Lexicon
