"Christmas Blossoms and New Year's Wreath," by Uncle Thomas (Philadelphia: E. H. Butler and Company,) 1850. The fourth in a series of holiday books, the juvenile work consists of thirteen stories and six illustrations concerning the main character of Uncle Thomas and his sister Aunt Wilson. There is also a timely mention of Uncle Thomas having gone to California for the Gold Rush. With boards heavily rubbed and soiled, pages foxed and soiled, and the binding slightly compromised, the condition is fair.
