CHRISTMAS CARD WITH A CANDLE IN A WINDOW IMAGE
Color: Black; Orange
A Christmas card with an image of a lighted candle in a window, ca. 1913. The black-bordered artifact has the image at the top center with the candle in a curved-end dish with the window behind, flanked by two curtain panels and indications of snow outside. Below this is the printed message "Christmas Greetings / Loads of Wishes for a Merry Christma[s] / And enough good cheer / For a Happy New Year." At the bottom right corner is the name "Clara" handwritten in black ink. The back of the card is blank. Other than dented corners and slight edge wear, there is no indication of wear or damage, save fading of the card color, and the object is in good condition.
