Description

"Christmas Souvenir: The Days of Mohammed," Anna May Wilson (Chicago: The David C. Cook Publishing Company,) 1897. Part of the Sabbath Library, the work is a prize winner and is a fictional tale of the intersection between nascent Islamic Arabs and Jews in Palestine at the time of Mohammed. Because it was published in October, it was offered as a "Christmas souvenir." There are some illustrations accompanying the text and advertisements from the publisher. With browning, stains, soiling edge rubbing and some foxing to the wrappers with pages generally clean, the condition is fair.
