A "Christmas Will and Testament," 1928. The document, which looks like a legal record, but which has red ribbon and a holiday sticker on it, is typed, except for the names of the granteee and grantor, as well as the last digit of the year and a signature line. It uses some legalese to denote that "equal shares in the riches of my good will, the fortune of my best wishes and the wealth of my friendship" are offered at Christmas. Printed on the wrapper is "Christmas Will and Testament." With acid burns, light soiling and a few creases, the condition is good overall.
