Top edge covered with green linen tape, double coupon inset at top with a hole punched in each coupon. W.H. Workman signed document as Treasurer of the City of Los Angeles. Front stamped in purple ink "Paid/Nov 1 1926/N.T.(?) Powell/City Treasurer" inside shield shape, same stamped in purple ink on second section from left on reverse, stamped in purple in "Received Payment/Los Angeles Branch Federal Reserve Bank/Of San Francisco Coli.../rectangle on rightmost section on reverse.
