Description

CLASP PIN FOR HERBERT HOOVER'S PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDACY, 1928-1932 Color: Blue; Gold A clasp pin promoting the candidacy of Herbert Hoover for President, 1928 or 1932. The pin has a blue-colored front plate with the last name of the candidate stamped into the metal in gold capital block letters. The border is gold, as well. On the outer face of the clasp are embossed the letters "B.B. CO." which is undoubtedly the manufacturer and what is probably a company logo. In good condition, the object has some tarnishing or discoloration on the right side of the second "O" and on the left side of the "V" and some general scratching throughout.
