Description
A closeup of a float during a floral parade in Los Angeles, Fay Altman, 3 May 1915. The view shows a woman in a horse-drawn chariot made of flowers atop a vehicle decorated with a sheer fabric. Portions of commercial buildings, including the Majestic Theater building are in the background. An ink inscription on the reverse provides the date and the name of the photographer. Aside from dog-eared corners, some curvature of the paper, and light soiling, the condition is good.
