The box is very delicate and easily torn if written on. The bulb is in good condition and has lost very little paint. a) "Westinghouse Mazda Lamps" and "For Decorative Use" written on two sides, "Westinghouse Mazda Lamps" written on another, and wattage info. on the last side. b) Bottom of screw has, "MAZDA 25 W 115" around the base.
