"Constitution and By-Laws of the Los Angeles Fire and Police Protective League and the Pension Law of the Charter of the City of Los Angeles," issued by the protective league, 1 April 1928. In addition to the texts noted in the title, there are also lists of past chairmen and members of the executive committee of the protective league. There are also three sections of the pension law pasted onto pages at the back. With little indication of use and, therefore, wear or damage, the condition is good.
