As the title indicates, the work provides the constitution and regulations of the grand lodge, the administrative entity for the local lodges throughout the state. Included in the former are examples of forms to be used in lodge operation. With much soiling and some edge rubbing to the wrappers and lightly browned, but generally clean pages, the condition is good overall.
