Construction phases of new tract house, Los Angeles, 1925 and 1926. Four photos on the front of album page, taken from the street. Phases of construction to completion of two story Tudor style house. One photo on reverse of a reservoir and dam surrounded by hilltop communities. General condition of photos is good, mount is brittle and flaking at edges.
