Description

"Cumnock School of Expression, Los Angeles, California," published by Behman Indian Trading Co., Los Angeles, ca. 1910. The colored photograph shows the large Tudor-style home next to what appears to be a Craftsman style residence. A portion of a large street is in the foreground and there are palm and other small trees and other landscaping near the structures. There is a description of the school on the reverse. The school was a private girls' school that counted dancer and choreographer Martha Graham as among its alumni and was located on South Figueroa Street. With acid shadowing at the corners of the reverse, the unused card is in good condition.
