Description

A dual snapshot mounted on part of an album page showing damage from flooding on the Los Angeles River, 1914. The view shows some industrial buildings and plants, including a hardwood flooring business, along one bank with several structures having gone over the bank and into the riverbed. At the far right of the right image is a concrete bridge. At the bottom is a caption "Outcome of high water, along L. A. River 1914." With a few stains and some soiling, the overall condition is good.
