Description
Damaged beach wall from high tide, Long Beach, 15 February 1926. The real photo postcard includes an azo postage stamp box. A portion of the wall has fallen, exposing the wooden beams and piles of sand bags behind it. The boardwalk is full of people walking around in front of shops. The photograph is faded with a brown tint with a small tear at the bottom edge and moderate acid burn of the reverse, and warping. The image is in fair condition.
