Description
Dancers John and Juanita Vigare Zorraquinos at the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse, Dick Whittington, 27 January 1935. The image shows the principal dancers and choreographers post on the flagstone walkway in front of the venue, of which Walter Temple was a major donor, with members of the cast in the background near the theater entrance. Inscribed on the reverse is "Juan & Juanita Zorraquinos dancers in Mission Play" and Whittington's stamp is there, as well. With album paper residue and slight warping, the condition is good.
