Darning egg: A wooden darning egg, of a light brown color with an indistinct design consisting of red and green colors. There are two sections of green and at least one, probably two (there is a faded section), sections of red on the egg-shaped portion. There is no design on the handle. The object is in fair condition with faded paint, scratches, chips, and stains. Donated by George Wheatley. None
