The home appears to be on a corner lot .There are walkways and stairs leading to both front and back entrances as well as a wood and wrought iron fence at the side of the property. A man is standing in the yard. An inscription states "Grandfather Richmond house in LA. / Before he came to Covina 1885." With card missing from the bottom, tearing at the top, abrasion, silverfish damage on the right, acid burn on the right and discoloration, the object is in fair condition overall.Lexicon
