The document from Los Angeles Title Insurance Company records a $10 purchase for the parcel in a subdivision of the Los Angeles Improvement Company, but does not specify beyond blocks and lots within that larger map. The lot appears to be in the lower Echo Park area, however. The signature of the grantor, document stamps, the name and address of the grantee and recording information are also included. With a puncture on one spot, small stains, soiling and creases, the condition is fair.
