Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of a detail from the La Casa Nueva Library west window showing a scene from "Don Quixote," ca. 1980. The close-up shows a panel with the caption "Sancho Panza," above which is the protagonist's faithful servant from Miguel Cervantes' novel riding his donkey and holding his left hand up in the air. There are three windmills in the background, one much closer to Panza than the others. There are hills and the sky in the background. A border of glass and horizontal and vertical leading borders the scene and there are horizontal wood supports at top and bottom with diagonal leading partially visible above and below. With little indication of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition. Number-Units: 1
