"Dick Winter on the climb to Old Baldy," September 1928. The snapshot shows Winter, evidently a companion of the photographer, reclined on a hillside with a camera and tripod while taking the hiking trail to the summit of the mountain. Portions of pine trees and some of the nearby mountains are also in view. With little wear, other than a slight curvature of the paper, the condition is good.
