The bottom portion of the sheet has many blank lines for the order information including quantity, name of product, size, and price. More blank lines are on the back with a list of special offers on the bottom which include roses; chrysanthemums; cannas; carnations; violets; and gladioli. With one fold across the center and some acid burns, the object is in good condition.
