"Diseases and Feeding of Your Dog," (New York: H. Clay Glover Co., Inc., 1928), 104 pp. The book has a brown cardstock cover with the title in tan lettering within a black shield at the top of the front. The publisher's name and address are at the bottom in black. At the beginning of the inside are a dedication, an introduction by a veterinarian, and a table of contents. The first section covers diseases that can affect dogs such as paralysis and and ringworm. Under each of these are a description of the disease, the symptom, and treatment. Feeding and care, such as bathing and weaning, are covered in section two. An index and a listing of Glover's Imperial Dog Medicines are at the end. Several black and white photographs are included. The artifact has some cover damage including small creases, small dents at the corners, and light stains, but is otherwise in good condition.Lexicon
