A document from notary public William G. Dryden certifying an instrument between Lorenzo Soto and Jose Machado, 21 February 1859. The document was supposed to be with another instrument, probably a land transaction, but is by itself. The item has the name of witness J. R. Gitchell and recorder George A. Pendleton. With some browning, soiling, and light edge wear, the condition overall is good.
