Color: Brown
A color polaroid photograph of the replicated carving and clay model of a dog's head for the La Casa Nueva courtyard balcony, 5 March 1979. The two items rest on the corner of a work table top in the house's kitchen. The clay model is at left, mounted to a piece of wood and of a gray color. The carved beam is next to this, consisting of a rectangular block of wood with the dog's image carved at the end. To the right are piles of photographs; a sander, hammer and other tools and supplies, and wood shavings. To the left is a tall cabinet or storage unit with a plank of wood between it and the table. An inscription in green ink at the bottom of the object reads "Clay Model [the word Replica was crossed out] & Dogs Head Carved / To Match 3/5/79." With little indication of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition.
