Description

Color: Brown; White; Green A ceramic tile of a fish underwater, part of the Doheny series manufactured by RTK Studios, ca. 1990s. The square tile was made by the black-line technique and has four half-circles in white at the corners, a yellow border and a square panel with convex corners. Within this panel is the fish in the water. The fish has a large body with stripes of white and brown in various thicknesses. Fins along the top and bottom, as well as the back and lower front, are also in alternating brown and white colors. The face is to the right, also striped in brown and white and with green eyes. At two places below and three above are strands of seaweed in brown, while the ocean around the fish is in various shades of green demarcated by thin lines. As a new artifact, the tile is in mint condition.
