A Dot Decos series tile, produced by RTK Studios, ca. 1990s. The piece, made with the black-line technique, is outlined in black, within which is an eight-pointed star in green and white. At the center is a flower with four blue petals and four yellow lobes with a light blue center. In good condition, the artifact has little indication of wear or damage.
