There are tears throughout with adhesives applied to tears. The reverse side shows dark stains and heavy moisture damage, writting in pencil and diagrams with measurements. The blueprint was scanned offsite at a different location on 02/04/2019. It is in fair condition overall. The specifications of the scanner used during the digitization process was emailed to the museum director. Encapsulation was completed by a paper conservator in 1988.Lexicon
