The blueprint has losses along the top and bottom edge and to the lower left section. Tears are visible near and along edges. There is fading, heavy moisture damage, adhesives and discoloration most noticable on reverse side. It is in fair condition overall. The blueprint was scanned at an offsite location on 02/04/2019. The specifications of the scanner used during the digitization process was emailed to the museum director. Encapsulation was completed by a paper conservator in 1988
