Dress, woman's, sleeveless, black sequins and beads on black net, lined with black satin thin-strapped sheath (with snap closure on left side), front and back skirt panel with band around waist, waist decorative detail of beaded and sequined of net, sequined (geometric motif) all-over with beading along edges of component parts, beaded and sequined along the top edge of the inner sheath, and beaded fringe along hem and waist strip.
