Description
A cabinet card photograph of the Duarte-Monrovia Fruit Exchange packing house, ca. 1900s. The image shows much of the edifice's interior with men and women employees in several locations and areas for sorting, grading and packing citrus fruit, including stacked crates in the foreground. With light silvering and soiling, while the matte has edge rubbing and soiling, the condition is good.
