An early kosher market, Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The view is from just outside the establishment with a man standing in the doorway and wooden boxes of produce outside as well as inside. There is a street number over the door, but no other hint as to location. On the reverse is an ink inscription: "Early Kosher Mkt. / Los Angeles." With tape on the reverse to repair a tear and soiling and stains, the overall condition is fair.
