EAST FRENCH DOOR WINDOWS, LA CASA NUEVA MASTER BEDROOM
Color: Brown; Red; Green; Yellow
A color photograph of the east french door window panels, La Casa Nueva Master Bedroom, ca. 1977. Because of the lighting, the wood portions of the door are in shadow, leaving the focus on the panels. The left side, from top to bottom, are the California state seal; oil wells, presumably the Temple lease at the Montebello oil fields; and the state seal of Massachusetts. The right panel consists of, from top to bottom, the Tudor rose heraldic symbol; oil tanks, assumed to also be from the Temple lease; and the Temple family coat-of-arms. Aside from light discoloration on the edges of the reverse, the artifact is in good condition.
